Product & Operations Associate

Description

  •  Ensuring users are using the product effectively, own key operational metrics, establish internal best practices and drive efficiencies.
  •  Testing features developed by the product team, ensure that those results are documented and assist with their roll-out.
  •  Following up, unblocking and coordinating delivery of features.
  •  Being the voice of our users, analyse data and enable the entire team to make the most of their insights. Relevant data ranges from product usage data, operational costs, user feedback, feature requests, and support tickets.
  •  Drafting one-pagers for smaller standalone features.
  • Keep our product roadmap, operating model and sales pipeline in sync.
  • Work closely with our Product Lead, Dev Team, Designers, Data Scientists & QA Managers on a daily basis.
  • Work to support our CEO, Head of Growth and Head of Operations when required.

Responsibilities

  • Strong fluency with data and a track record of measuring your impact (e.g. spreadsheets, SQL, data visualisation).
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g. high growth start-up or consultancy - but we are open to wider relevant experience).
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curiosity and love for making things happen.
  • A genuine passion for technology and building great products.
  • Previous experience working in software development (design, development, product, data etc.).
