Description

  • Market-research, customer engagement and ownership of the product road-map for a number of products.
  • Capture needs from colleagues and customers to underpin feature/product enhancements.
  • Engage with customers directly: understanding user-need, testing new features and ideas.
  • Become the in-house expert in the products being managed.
  • Work with the commercial team to help with pricing strategy.
  • Work with technical teams on sprint planning, testing and releases.
  • Working with Product team management to help implement product management best practices across the function.
  • Help to create and maintain documentation relating to Product Management across the whole product range.
  • Involved in the innovation process to help take new concepts through to market ready solutions.

Responsibilities

  • An experienced Product Manager who is ready for greater responsibility.
  • A solid working knowledge of Agile project management and development.
  • Experience in the creation/development of client facing web products.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good planning and time management.
  • Insurance sector knowledge/experience (ideally in international/multinational).
  • Experience working on information and/or data focused web products.
  • Intermediate / Advanced Excel.
  • Experience of Jira.
  • Experience of Power Bi.
  • Creative and always curious.
  • Customer focused, and insight driven.
  • Self-starter with a mentality of ownership and personal accountability.
  • Energetic and confident team player.
  • Desire to acquire new skills and knowledge.
  • Extremely well organised and able to manage and prioritise a diverse workload.
