Description

  • Respond to comments, messages, tweets, reviews, and bot s for all franchise social channels.
  • Monitor social media ad campaigns for any negative comments. Make suggestions to improve ad placement, ensure an excellent social media reputation, and improve ad relevance score by positively impacting social algorithms . In addition, monitor campaign engagement to ensure customers are receiving deliverables and redirect them when necessary.
  • Monitor daily social trends, per franchise, to ensure relevant and conversational content is being posted on our various channels. This will help in our efforts to make posts viral and improve engagement with posts.
  • Serve as the point person for Facebo ok auto-bots for each franchise’s page.
  • Report on social media sentiment through Sprout tagging reporting features. This will provide us with a general idea of the user’s experience with our social channels whether they connect with us through our pages, ads, or organic content.
  • Provide monthly stats on comments answered, general themes, reviews and any other relevant information.

Responsibilities

  • 1-2 years of experience with social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Experience creating unique social content is highly preferred.
  • Experience using a social media management system (i.e. Sprout) is preferred.
  • Experience using a CRM is a plus.
  • Having knowledge of copywriting is beneficial.
  • Ability to communicate well with others and coordinate projects.
  • Extremely Organized.
