Description

- Build strong relationships with the assigned customers.

- Contacting clients regularly through email, Skype, Slack, phone and face-to-face.

- Monitor individual customer performance and produce monthly performance reports both for the internal stakeholders and customers in the portfolio.

- Handle customers’ day to day queries, requests and issues.

- Use data and reports to analyse markets trends and performance.

- Acquire knowledge of customers and build profiles including target markets and trends.

Responsibilities

- Experience working as an Account Manager.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong relationship building skills, and the ability to build trust.

- Great organization, planning and prioritization skills, with strong attention to detail.

- Strong command of written and spoken English – An additional European language is considered an advantage but not essential.

- Able to work on own initiative and be self-motivated.

- Skilled in Microsoft suites such as Excel and Word, comfortable with various systems and remote communications.
