Description

Supervising the day-to-day work of the engineering team and leading the agile methodologies and practices.

Working alongside the engineering and product owners.

Coordinate daily stand-ups, routine sprint reviews and retrospectives.
-
Undertaking all planning and requirements gathering on a sprint-by-sprint basis.
-
Ensuring all dependencies are known before a project commences as well as providing data gathering to collate all requirements.

Removing impediments as well as coaching the engineering team on how to remove impediments and potential blockers.
Responsibilities

Have experience working in the betting and gaming industry.

Have an understanding of programming languages such as Golang (or any equivalent language: C, C#, Python, Java).

Be willing to work remotely.

Open to sharing ideas and collaborating with other stakeholders to.

Have experience managing a team of people.

Be a self-proficient person able to take the lead.

Be able to demonstrate fluent English proficiency.

Have exposure to agile development processes.

Be able to collaborate with the development team and provide input on solutions.
