Description

Navigating inside Facebook Ads Manager;
Running organized A/B tests for creatives, copy, & ad buying techniques pertaining to Facebook's algorithm;
Setting up campaigns, ad sets, & creatives;
Analyzing & interpreting data;
Monitoring the performance of the ads to ensure monthly KPIs are hit;
Assisting Senior eComm Strategist with research, strategy implementation & organization;
Copywriting;
Copymining;
Collecting Competitive Intel.

Responsibilities

Have at least 6 months worth of experience working inside Ads Manager full-time within the past year.
Be able to manage an ad spend of at least $30,000/mo with a 2x ROAS;
Be a growth-hacker at heart - you're in it for the thrill and challenge of scaling accounts to unknown heights;
Be data-driven and analytical;
Be able to adapt fast in an ever-changing environment, and be willing to experiment with new techniques;
Be fluent in English;
Have experience with Project Management softwares, such as Asana;
Have an understanding of how different departments work in an agency (CRO, Emails, Copies, Creatives, Influencers).
Meet deadlines reliably;
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment;
Be a great communicator - respond on time, proactively provide feedback and be able to extend an ear when needed;
Take a lot of initiative & be proactive;
Be compassionate towards others (Clients, Team Members, etc);
