Product Development Intern

Description

  • Participate in product ideation and scoping: M&M Gear & Digital Products.
  • Support development of new products as well as improve existing items across all product segments, including but not limited to beta testing.
  • Submitting proposals and designs for evaluation by CEO/COO before moving to the next stage.
  • Consulting market research materials and sales data to ensure that products are viable and competitive.
  • Develop and adhere to project timelines of digital product.
  • Group and individual video chat meetings will be held weekly for discussing strategy and implementation, and reviewing results. Expected workload is 8-10 hours per week, depending on your task and your efficiency.
  • Participate in a weekly video conference meeting team meetings.
  • Participate in a weekly video conference meeting with CEO or COO.

  • Must be a self-starter with impeccable time management. School + work + life balance is left up to you, but the work needs to get done, on time, correctly.
  • Interest or desire to learn about digital product development.
  • A passion for supporting small businesses.
