Description

  • Oversee all aspects of the project kick-off stage (submit forms, create trackers using Excel, scheduling, sourcing, testing).
  • Communicate with other teams within our company, primarily Recruitment, Human Resources, IT, and Operation.
  • Identify and mitigate risks.
  • Quote on new opportunities using metrics from previous projects.
  • Strengthen excellent relationships with clients and sales.
  • Juggle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Improve forms used internally.

Specific Requirements

  • BS/BA required or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 years minimum experience in Account Management.
  • Must possess a sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Must have experience working in a client-facing role.
  • Possess a high degree of pride in solid, quality work.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Must be extremely comfortable with new technologies.
  • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and communicate with all the teams involved in order to ensure the successful kick-off of each project.
  • Experience managing data annotation services.
  • Recruitment experience.
  • Fluency in more than one language.
