Description

  • Joint responsibility for maintenance and development of online Casino, Live Casino.
  • Delegate unto, guide and mentor the Casino Coordinator & Casino oriented CRM manager in both the day-to-day tasks and overall industry knowledge and strategy.
  • Definition and delegation of marketing strategies. This includes the team oversight of campaign briefing, defining customer segments together with CRM agent, brainstorming with copywriters and designers, signing off assets and marketing materials and duly reporting and evaluating results.
  • Follow and contribute to improve internal processes and strategies connected to life cycle management and churn prevention with a special focus on key segments.
  • Work towards product roadmap development and implementation.
  • Close cooperation with other departments in the field of tool integration and the introduction of new services and products.
  • Innovatively explore new ideas, trends and developments within the industry. Be part of the decision group for prioritization of tasks and initiatives within our roadmaps based on this.
  • Assess game and supplier placement and promotional strategies based on popularity, localization and cost-benefit considerations.
  • Work with BI Analyst to delegate, execute and progressively sharpen KPI reporting.
  • Joint responsibility for budget/P&L reporting, management and strategy.

Specific Requirements

It is vital for this role to be creative and to have strong knowledge and interest in the casino industry. As a Casino Manager, you will be based in our Malta office. A solid mastery of English is required. If you speak (or are fluent in) Finnish and/or Estonian this will be an additional benefit to the wider team.
