Description

  • Drive definition and execution of Radar products (RF MMIC’s, Single Chip Solutions, Processors)  by translating market requirements / trends into unique and differentiating solutions, working closely with marketing, systems engineering, design teams, sales and marketing organization, and our customers.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create and present business cases and roadmap ideas to management and justify investment in new products/markets; creating strong internal advocacy in the process.
  • Competitive analysis: Work with team build benchmark messaging and adjust the products strategy based on competitive positioning.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

  • Bachelor or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science with relevant industry experience. Experience of the Automotive eco-system, including OEMs, Tier1 & partners.
  • Experience with Semiconductor Products in a position such as product applications or systems engineer, field applications engineer, or other technical marketing positions with good practical knowledge of applications and technologies. Experience in embedded SW would also be beneficial.
  • Experience in customer program management, or other customer facing roles would be beneficial.
  • Experience presenting to and influencing senior technical and business leaders.
  • Navigating global, cross-functional and cross-organizational teams towards a common goal.
  • Understanding of SW requirements.
  • Knowledge of ADAS systems & sensor requirements evolution towards future car architectures.
  • Have excellent customer facing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Have good organizational skills and commitment to fast follow through.
  • Have critical thinking skills and proficient in risk and issue management.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to continuously learn and improve.
  • Are capable of motivating and influencing others, sustaining high energy and a positive attitude even in the face of challenges and adversity.
