Description

You will interact with our Customer online on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media applications.
You will review owner feedback and approve product reviews on a range of social media apps.
You will reactively and proactively engage Customers and future Customers in chat, guiding them through the purchase journey and encouraging them to buy the right product for them.
You will be working as part of a multi-channel team, supporting the voice and admin requirements of our Customers by working across all channels and functions if required.
You´ll be on the lookout for opportunities to talk with Customers about new and exciting products launched onto the market.

Responsibilities

You have strong drafting skills and an excellent command of English
The digital department is a fast-paced environment and, you must be interested in learning new tools, staying up to date, and develop new customer-care-related skills.
You can react calmly and respond professionally in all circumstances.
You are at ease in a digital environment and have technical knowledge of all major social platforms.
You are willing to develop a deep understanding of the brand, products, and procedures.
