Description

•  Build, maintain and manage a CRM programme – with emphasis on customer recruitment and conversion, in liaison with corporate teams.
•  Manage all CRM campaigns (including printing, agency liaising, delivery).
•  Create ad execute campaigns within the SalesForce Marketing Cloud ecosystem.
•  Report on a weekly and monthly basis CRM activity.
•  Optimise SEO according to HQ brand guidelines and market requirements.
•  Provide exclusive copies to partners according to brand priorities.
•  Liaise with agency and partners.
•  Responsible for the brand image and brand updates on all retailer websites.
•  Online creative management - blogs, social media, mini-sites, banners, homepage takeovers, animations, videos.
•  Provide recommendations to the wider team on required e-retail visibility to drive the business and reach sales objectives.
•  Work closely with HQ team and e-kam.
•  Implement exceptional visibility online with e-retailers.
•  In charge of all the digital sampling campaigns (incl. retailer sampling).
•  Online competitor analysis on a monthly basis: digital activation, visibility, CRM.
