Travel Coordinator

Description

  • Responsible for booking travel, accommodation, and car rental reservations in compliance with PM Group Travel Policy.
  • Ensure the travel log is up to date and accurate at all times.
  • Provide timely and efficient response to travel requests through the PMC Travel Mailbox.
  • Act as a general point of contact; provide guidance and answer all queries in relation to travel requests.
  • Checking and processing associated invoices through our in-house PO Requisition System.
  • Maintain a register of all transactions processed on the Company Credit Card.
  • Monthly reconciliation of the Company credit card statements.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Administration Department Manager, including reception cover and adhoc duties

Responsibilities

  • A minimum of 3 years in a professional office environment with a background in administration and travel would be a benefit.
  • Good communication & people skills.
  • An organised self-starter who is attentive to detail and able to work independently and on their own initiative.
  • Able to maintain a professional demeanour in challenging situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages with strong MS Excel skills required.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
