Description

Support in product decisions in relation to roadmaps.

Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across design, sales and engineering on product issues, assess value, scope of effort, usability, and priority of features.

Create clear user stories with comprehensive detail for QA.
-
Work with engineering teams to ensure stories are understood & developed as expected to meet acceptance criteria.
-
Assist in prioritisation of user stories to support overall product strategy & specific support issues & use cases.
-
Produce & maintain internal documentation on enhancement requests, user guides & support documentation etc.
-
Deliver customer value iteratively, managing issues through planning, investigation and follow-up releases.
Responsibilities
-
3+ years of work experience in a BA/PM role focusing on web/app-based products or services. B2B/B2C or marketplace experience preferred.

Strong problem solving, analytic, and decision-making skills.

Good technical understanding of web applications and APIs.
-
Able to understand and document detailed system functionality.
-
Able to interpret data and trends and translate that into an effective strategy.
-
Drive to get things done - you love to fix and exhibit tenacity in solving complex problems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Comfortable with and adaptable to change. We work in an innovative and fast environment where products and processes evolve rapidly.

Have an understanding of and an interest in digital technologies, and be able to introduce new and relevant ideas and capabilities.

Experience working with remote, distributed teams.

Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Slack etc.

Experience with mobile apps and/or PWAs is also a plus.

Travel industry experience is a plus!
