Description

  • Drive new product development process from concept through commercialization including voice of consumer research, definition of channel/product requirements and value proposition, work with R&D, Packaging, Creative Agencies.
  • Drive innovation and renovation projects to the agreed milestones/timelines and to the high-quality standards set (OTIF on time in full).
  • Manage product launches and presentations towards sales team and ensure timetables and budgets are met.
  • Analyze product performance, conduct business cases and improve portfolio health and profitability. This also includes the monitoring of progress against key measures.
  • Build business partnerships with regional brand teams, Research & Development, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, CMI (Consumer & Market Insight), Digital hub and PDC (People Data Centre) primarily.
  • Work closely with CD (Sales and KAM) in each Nordic country to align and prepare plans and launches.

Responsibilities

  • 2+ years working experience within consumer brand marketing.
  • University degree in Marketing, Business or other relevant area.
  • Financial acumen.
  • Detail oriented with good project management skills.
  • Obsession with brands & consumers.
  • Sense of aesthetics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with many touchpoints across a number of businesses and projects.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of Danish, written or verbal, is positive.
