Be responsible for supporting an excellent Personal Lending customer experience and achieve high level product and service standards.

Work with colleagues to analyse data and processes to provide solutions and enhancements to maintain optimum Personal Credit product operation for our customers.

Be the escalation point for any issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Work on their own initiative and is naturally inquisitive.

Have an innovative approach to their role, always seeking ways to make improvements or suggestions to create better solutions.

Comfortably use technology including in presenting your findings.

Develop key relationships within the bank as a Products representative.

Contribute to and promote an open and engaging environment where your colleagues can perform at their best.
Responsibilities

Minimum 1 year of experience in a product, change or customer service/credit role.

Capable of building strong relationships with teams and key stakeholders and have strong influencing skills.

Comfortable working with senior stakeholders.

Good understanding of regulation regarding personal lending.
-
An interest in product delivery and the ability to learn and adapt to new process in the management of the Banks products across multiple channels
