Description

  • Deliver high-quality first/second line IT support to internal users in a professional manner.
  • Taking care of staff on/offboarding processes.
  • Acting as a point of contact when it comes to IT support for employees.
  • Install, diagnose, repair, maintain and upgrade equipment.
  • Active Directory management: computers, users (new, close, permissions).
  • Keeping inventory of IT purchases and assets - creating/updating inventory records, assigning equipment to users, auditing inventory, performing decommissioning.
  • Maintain the necessary documentation.
  • Actively manage IT Helpdesk requests.

Responsibilities

  • A minimum 2 years’ experience in an IT support environment.
  • Experience in the administration of Microsoft Active Directory, Account users and e-mailboxes.
  • Keeping up-to-date on Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts.
  • Strong analytical troubleshooting skills for IT.
  • Good awareness of IT data security standards.
  • IT Degree and or related qualifications.
