Description

  • Monitor app data and use it to suggest and prioritise additional features and development opportunities.
  • Work with the Brand & Content and legal teams to ensure all content in the app is compliant.
  • Help the project team develop hypotheses and run experiments to maximise the value of the app.
  • Generate reports to show member engagement against set targets.
  • Conceive, create and schedule wellbeing activities to be included in the My Real Wellbeing app.
  • Create the product backlog and ensure alignment to the vision for the app.
  • Prioritise, refine and maintain the product backlog, define releases and write sprint goals.
  • Collaborate with the team to write quality user stories.
  • Identify clear acceptance criteria for each story in collaboration with other team members. Check that acceptance tests are met for each user story.
  • Make authoritative decisions on the content, priority and acceptance criteria of the backlog.

Responsibilities

  • Strong experience in content creation and customer engagement, ideally with a focus on wellbeing.
  • Experience working in an agile delivery environment as a Product Owner.
  • Corporate stakeholder management experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with proven capability to deliver to tight project deadlines.
  • Demonstrated understanding of market research methods and data analytics.
