Description

To be solely responsible for devising channel content strategy and optimizing videos in order to grow devotee and subscriber base.

End-to-end channel management, including channel branding, programming, SEO optimization (eg. titles, tags descriptions, annotations, etc) and reporting to management.

Work closely with editors to get produce quality content.
-
Adhere to strict timelines and meet deadlines strategically.
-
Plan ahead for content with respect to religious occasions, festivals, and trending topics.
-
Work directly with the film production team to develop video content for the YouTube channel.
-
Build and manage partnership and collaboration with respected individuals in the religions space to grow the channel.

Work with the marketing team to derive insights from YouTube Analytics and other Social Media Platforms to measure the impact on engagement.

Devise and implement content strategy, subscriber growth, and viewership growth for the YouTube channel.

Researching what kind of relevant content is performing well on YouTube and other platforms to strategize on the content requirement.

Ability to keep up with the ever-changing YouTube ecosystem and new features.

Good team management skills.

You need to find out trending religious topics and need to research new ways of content for user engagements.
Responsibilities

2-3 years of professional experience in content marketing and content strategy.
-
Preferred Languages: English, Hindi, and Telugu.

Any certificate course on Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing from a reputed institute will be an added advantage.

Must have exceptional team management skills.

Must have excellent attention to detail.

Must be able to maintain a positive attitude while working closely with different teams.

Must be able to understand the basics of filmmaking and video content creation.
