Description

  • Raising sales invoices and producing weekly debtors report.
  • Posting purchase invoices.
  • Bank reconciliation.
  • Balance Sheet reconciliation with accruals, prepayment and acquisition schedule being updated on a monthly basis.
  • Cost Analysis on a month on month basis.
  • Daily Revenue Reporting.
  • Assist with VAT Returns and end of Month/Year Reporting.
  • Assisting Finance Manager on a monthly preparation of management accounts and ad-hoc duties when required.

Responsibilities

  • Previous experience in a financial/administration environment.
  • Must be very organized.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications especially Excel.
  • Ability to take full ownership of the responsibilities assigned including taking the initiative to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of standard accounting activities; particularly bank Reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and vendor reconciliations.
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
  • Be a team player.
