Description

  • Identify market needs and drive new strategies.
  • Continually seek input and feedback from GO customers and frontline staff on product improvements and possible new offerings.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and GO’s positioning.
  • Perform ongoing competitive benchmarking and propose timely reaction to new competitor launches and provide recommendations, based on the analysis, on the way forward.
  • Measure the feedback on Mobile products results, in terms of ROI and customer take-up monthly against pre-agreed KPIs and targets.
  • Work with other team members and key stakeholders to find innovative new product ideas
  • Always strive to improve customer experience by putting the customer first.
  • Work closely with the technical product delivery teams to assure accurate and timely implementation of projects.
  • Help define, plan and drive CRM activities for increasing customer take-up across all sales and communications channels.
  • Ensure that front line colleagues receive the adequate training.

Responsibilities

  • Have a business or related degree.
  • Be a dynamic, result-oriented individual.
  • Be intelligent with commercial acumen and capable of in-depth numerical analysis.
  • Be a team player and confident presenter.
  • Be familiar with Product Development lifecycles.
  • A telecoms or ICT background would be considered a plus.
