Description

Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies.

Organizing and coordinating PR activities.

Communicating with colleagues and key spokespeople.

Liaising with, and answering inquiries from media, individuals and other organizations, often via telephone and email.

Creating media opportunities and building media relations.

Coordinating with celebrities for sourcing opportunities.

Collating and analyzing media coverage.

Writing or editing in-house magazines, case studies, speeches, articles and annual reports.

Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media.

Preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programme's.

Devising and coordinating photo opportunities.

Organizing events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours.

Manage media activities and media coordination's during events.

Sending press invites, and making coverage report.

Managing the PR aspect of a potential crisis situation.

Responsibilities

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Good Written & Verbal Communication Skills.

Enthusiastic about communication & writing.

Understanding about the Industry.

Tech Savvy.

Ability to multi task.
