Description

You will create and monitor the progress of the product roadmap.

You will collaborate with business, design, SEO, IT to ensure product value, quality and success.

You are responsible for the product growth & performance management.

You develop and implement testing initiatives and product features that align with the broader goals and help to analyze performance against core KPIs.
-
You collect requirements for new features, gathering and the creation of product stories and acceptance criteria, testing.
-
You capture and document product releases, functional requirements and evaluate the success of delivery.
-
You support product development sprints and OKR process.
-
You support with developing detailed project plans, including the schedule, identifying project goals, and setting a timeline for the project and product roadmap.
Responsibilities

You have an open-minded, hands-on and self-organized attitude which is positive, enthusiastic and empathetic and fits to our self-conception.

You are passionate about product management with team player attributes and collaboration.

You show great initiative and motivation in approaching your workload as well as in learning new interpersonal and analytical skills.

You have at least 3 years of product management working experience in the software development industry as well as in affiliate marketing, B2C product management, SEO and website analytical.

You are able to incorporate data, research and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmap.
-
You have strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to construct clear cut product requirements and technical documentation.

You are solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.

Desirable: University degree, ideally in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or Technical Studies or the equivalent in experience. Additional certifications for agile methodologies are welcome.
