Description

    • Helps develop and deliver on product roadmap initiatives by applying best practices in iterative design thinking and testing/experimentation.
    • Inform and influence the new product offering roadmap by implementing a test and learn approach, incorporating customer feedback at critical junctures and seeking market validation to quickly scale and find product market fit.
    • Work and communicate within interdependent teams to test, launch and scale products with key internal partners.
    • Gain insights and provide recommendations to leadership for the evolution of new products and/or product changes.
    • Inform and provide data for the analysis of proposed product requirements, product development programs, and return-on-investment analyses to successfully bring identified viable ideas to market.
  • Review information that may appear unrelated from customers, merchants, marketing, sales and the overall business environment interpreting and predicting consumer needs and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

    • 2+ years of experience in Product Management, with experience in new product development.
    • Successful experience in Consumer products and/or Financial Services is highly desirable.
    • Bachelors Degree (or equivalent education/work experience) preferred, advanced degree a plus.
    • Ability to make sense of complex, obscure problems, and translate them to economically viable products for the business.
  • Proven champion for new ideas and how to implement them.
