Description

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Chief Product Officer and R&D Vice Presidents.
  • Effectively manage a heavy, complex calendar, travel schedule and all communication related to meetings, conference calls, invitations, event planning, board meetings and interviews, and keep their executives on time for all obligations throughout the day.
  • Respond to myriad meeting requests that require frequent re-prioritization.
  • Communicate changes and information to other parties courteously and effectively.
  • Assist in preparing and managing presentations and proposals.
  • Conserve your executives’ time by reading, researching and routing correspondence effectively.
  • Coordinate interdepartmental meetings and communications.
  • Process expense reports and invoices as needed.
  • Be responsive to emails and phone calls, including correspondence outside of normal business hours.
  • Always use discretion, confidentiality and good judgment to handle matters.
  • Balance the development of a professional and polished representation of the CPO and company both internally and externally, while also building an internal experience that is approachable and friendly.
  • Schedule R&D-wide (100+ people) social events, summits, and meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years of increasing Executive Support experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented tech company, with 2+ at the VP level or above.
  • Impeccable organization and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to build and maintain strong rapport with executives and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word) and G Suite.
  • Sound independent judgment and problem solving skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and dependable work ethic.
  • Ability to work well and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Combination of both startup and large technology company experience is a major plus.

We offer

(Colorado only*) Minimum salary of $80,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
