Maintaining our scheduling software (Farmers Wife) ensuring that the daily schedule is kept up to date
-
Efficiently managing time so that all resources and operators are used to their fullest
-
Book and manage edit suites and bookable machines.
-
Work with producers to staff incoming projects.
-
Source and book freelancers with relevant and high quality skills when required and maintain up to date freelance database.
-
Maintain a good relationship with our freelance recruitment agencies and umbrella companies.
-
Raising PO’s for freelancers and suppliers.
-
Processing freelancer invoices.
-
Understanding IR35 regulations and making assessments.
-
Liaise with the talent team to ensure freelancer contracts are issued and up to date.
-
Maintaining the freelancer and IR35 trackers.
-
Attend post production status meetings.
-
Maintain excellent relationships with key agency contacts.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word etc.

Some experience within an post house or agency would be ideal, but not necessary.
