Description

Maintain and evolve editorial guidelines according to client briefs and marketing strategy.

Partner with stakeholders to assess and capacity plan copy editing needs.

Execute and manage the production line of copy from end to end including brief intakes, copy concepts and approvals.

Work closely with the client team and marketing partners to establish and meet deadlines.

Work with the business to gain insights into future needs: moments of peak and troughs for editorial service.

Access satisfaction, performance metrics and feedback to build insights to how we can deepen our engagement and enrich our content for our audiences.

Write and/or edit copy communications across the client account including: the immediate team and other major internal comms including recaps; marketing and outreach comms; program comms; in-program copy.

Write and edit clear, compelling copy to support marketing initiatives across web, email, packaging, social, video and more.

Uphold the client’s style and voice, ensuring copy feels on-brand and easy to understand.

Create copy for websites, installations, scripts, blog posts, social media, videos, presentations or naming projects - anywhere creative can be seen and experienced by users.

May work with creative teams to concept creative ideas for campaigns, activations and experiences. Be able to clearly communicate creative vision and intent.

Oversee all written or verbal elements to ensure the project is cohesive while sticking with a set concept from start to finish.

Establish best practices for creating the right event experience and tone for the client’s highest profile launch moments.

Create and drive detailed project plans covering specific pre-site launch initiatives.

Develop a communication approach in collaboration with key client stakeholders that ensures project success.
Responsibilities
-
5+ years experience in a copywriting and Creative role.
-
Excellent copywriting, editing and literacy skills, including spelling and grammar.
-
Demonstrable experience of working in an ambiguous environment, juggling multiple deadlines, stakeholders and priorities (Project Management).

Demonstrable experience of leading and delivering a broad range of creative projects.

Bachelor's Degree in journalism, publishing, English or a related field.

Preferred skills: editorial experience in a Learning & Development environment.

Ability to take direction and work independently.

Strong adaptability to situations and ever-changing demands.

Team player with demonstrated skills collaborating with employees and clients; diplomatic approach to situations.
