Project Coordinator Intern - Global Client Obsession Team

Description

  • Building the Hub platform architecture – following an already developed plan (familiarity and knowledge of Sharepoint would be useful).
  • Uploading documents/slides/case studies and other resources to the Hub platform
  • Sourcing images to be used and uploaded to Hub platform.
  • Regular meetings with the Client Obsession Director and Client Obsession Manager.
  • Researching and organising logistics for global internal events – locating venues, dealing with suppliers and supporting on organising room hire, refreshments and room bookings.
  • Collating case studies from Global Client teams and pulling these into a central presentation to be used by the Client Obsession team.
  • Supporting with internal presentations and collating information that can be shared with internal teams.
  • Regular check ins with the Client Obsession Manager and Client Obsession Experience Director.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, organised, hardworking intern, who has intermediate tech knowledge, to support our Client Obsession team in the development of an internal Global Hub platform.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has some experience building or creating a web platform. In addition to this exciting project, the role also requires someone who is good at Project management and can support with preparation and organising logistics for various internal presentations and events throughout the year.

We need someone to support us full time for a 6 month period.
