Description

Responsible for planning, organising, and executing key industry, partner, Icon hosted events and webinars that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities.

Research, enquire, negotiate, and recommend which events will produce a Return on Investment.

Identify which industry events the company should attend/sponsor or speak at based on Marketing strategy and plan.

Create and manage an events calendar.
-
Manage a range of in-person and online events from planning through to execution.
-
Establish clear objectives for each event with relevant stakeholders.
-
Create registration pages/landing pages and execute digital recruitment campaigns.
-
Measure the effectiveness of the events and report on ROI.
-
Manage relationships with event organisers.
-
Manage agencies and suppliers to ensure high quality event delivery.
-
Maximise the use of technology to enable efficient delivery (utilising email marketing, social media, website, design etc).
-
Work with suppliers to deliver event branding and giveaways / gifts.
-
Work with sales team to support outreach to clients and prospects.
-
Support recruitment marketing as and when needed, experience in this area is a plus.

Support with management of the social media calendar based of the wider Marketing plan, drive growth and engagement on all platforms.

Ad hoc campaign support to help delivery and measurement of key Marketing campaigns throughout the year.
Responsibilities

2+ years’ experience in Marketing with corporate events experience.

A successful track record of delivering both in-person and online events.
-
Driven and motivated individual who can take ownership of events calendar and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Highly results-driven with strong analytical ability.

Experience working cross functionally with sales and other teams.
-
Excellent written and oral communications skills.

Strong project management skills.

Problem solving skills.

Time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills are key.

Ability to shift priorities and help other team members as needed.

Attention to detail in all aspects of work.

HubSpot, Dynamics, WordPress and Canva experience is a plus.
