Description

  • You will be hands-on, sourcing, campaigns, and guiding candidates throughout the entire recruitment process across several sites in Spain and Portugal - providing world class candidate and manager experience
  • You may also flex across into other markets to support other teams during peak periods - a great opportunity to learn
  • Beyond recruiting, you will coach and mentor more recruiters not just in Iberia but across Europe
  • You will build strong partnerships with key business leaders - provide guidance and advice but also push back when needed. You will share best practices and use your local market knowledge to be an instrumental figure in the growth of Iberia
  • You won’t just think outside the box, you will break the box down and rebuild it to create innovative strategies to attract and engage the best of the best
  • As we are a start-up we need to create and develop our processes - you will be part of local and global projects that will define Talent Acquisition in Getir

Responsibilities

  • With at least 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition you are considered an expert in your field and consistently smash your KPI’s. Ideally you come from a rapidly scaling business and are comfortable with ambiguity and pressure.
  • You love being hands-on, providing the ultimate candidate experience and engaging them along the way, you want the chance to be part of building the best TA team and experience
  • Speed is our currency - we have multiple locations to launch which means constant hiring pushes across the organisation – think you can handle the pressure?
  • A great analytical thinker but at the same time brings innovate ideas and ways to improve
  • An awareness and understanding of how to overcome challenges of subconscious bias, how to be inclusive, and bring diversity into the hiring process
  • A can-do, will-do attitude and lots of energy goes a long way at Getir
  • Highly adaptable - in the face of adversity you don't feel afraid, you embrace challenges and change
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish are a must
