Our prestigious partner who provides services for the most popular brands from beauty through nutrition to pharma industries, is looking for enthusiastic new colleagues for an HR Admin Specialist role with various languages to provide best in class support to employees across Europe.

 

Your new job

 

  • Providing high quality support to Managers, HR partners and employees across the company
  • Taking part in all relevant international HR Projects
  • Participating in transition projects
  • Assisting process improvement activities
  • Managing pre-employment tasks (creating, publishing job profiles)
  • Handling internal system and maintaining other databases
  • Ensuring workflow processes are in place in a timely manner
  • Supporting the payroll team in administrative tasks
  • Make sure the highest level of compliance is achieved

Specific Requirements

Your skills

 

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience from HR Admin field
  • Fluency in at least ONE of the following languages: French/German/Dutch/Italian/Spanish/Polish
  • Confident English language skills
  • Experience from an SSC environment
  • Experience with transition processes is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer Service oriented and client centric attitude
  • Experience with handling sensitive data
