Description

  • Ensure smooth and efficient client communication.
  • Work quickly to respond to customer needs and resolve their issues.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Prepare materials for clients and business partners (reports, presentations, etc).

Responsibilities

  • Proven work experience as a Client Relationship Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Some experience with designing marketing materials would be a plus.
  • Fluent in English and German (verbal and written), French an advantage.
  • Previous experience on the art market is an advantage.
