Translator (Human Resources)

Description

  • Localize People team documents from English into Spanish in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring the content conveys the original meaning and tone. Documents include but are not limited to learning and development materials (training decks, pre-reading materials), email communications, and internal communications
  • Edit and proof-read translated documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation accuracy
  • Work with different stakeholders in the People team (including Learning and Development, Culture) to ensure translations meet their needs
  • Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the hiring manager

Specific Requirements

  • A native spanish speaker who is fluent in English, and passionate about language and communication
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Past working experience in English-to-Spanish translation is a plus
  • Outcome-driven with strong time management and organisation skills
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to consistently produce high-quality work
  • Positive working attitude, independent worker and an effective team player
