Revise, edit, and translate customer-submitted messages to Spanish, following our best practices and guidelines for quality
- 
Oversee the maintenance of CareMessage-generated content for all CareMessage features including health education programs, recommended outreach messages, etc.
- 
Provide support to other team members in the creation or review of patient and customer-facing content
Responsibilities
- 
Exceptional writing and communication skills
- 
Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to read and write in both languages
- 
Previous academic or professional experience in an editorial role
- 
Able to work independently and collaboratively
- 
Certification as a Medical Interpreter (Spanish)
