Description

  • Research, plan, develop, author and/or facilitate delivery of new or existing content for highly technical operational processes and procedures within the content management library and the CRM, and provide clear and measurable estimations of effort
  • Manage updates and revisions of authored content in an Agile program delivery framework
  • Collaborate with business subject matter experts and business analysts to digest large amounts of complex and technical data, to form a good understanding of business knowledge needs, and support the program’s deliverables
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to generate and deliver operational content in accordance with service level agreements / agreed timelines for scoped work
  • Be creative in the use of images, infographics, diagrams, animations, process mapping and charts to increase knowledge user comprehension and understanding of content
  • Document and maintain Knowledge Management Operating Procedures and Authoring Guidelines for authoring knowledge articles within the CRM and content library
  • Ensure that that knowledge artefacts take an end-to-end perspective
  • Ensure that all of the relevant knowledge users have access to operational content via the Knowledge Management Content Libraries and the CRM
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders to validate authored content with business owners, teams, departments, and areas of speciality
  • Review internally generated Training Manuals and User Guides

  • Excellent command of English with exceptional writing and research skills, and a strong eye for detail, language, and flow
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and work on multiple projects, using a variety of software platforms, in a fast-paced, changing environment
