  • Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant
  • Strategizing, planning, and executing end-to-end organic and inorganic campaigns for external audiences including defining benchmarks, analyzing data, optimizing and generating leads
  • Work alongside content marketers/ graphic designers to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience and supports marketing goals
  • Knowledge of running culture/ talent campaigns to attract and retain talent
  • Proficient in Social Media Inorganic Marketing, strategy formulation with a strong focus on research, profiling audience, preparing Budget, Reporting, and Optimization of key performance metrics like conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, lead cost, engagement rate, ROI, etc
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Drive consumer engagement by activating ideas/concepts through excellent, innovative engaging social media content and interaction ideas.
  • Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints and optimize user funnels
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Closely monitors competition and conversations about clients, new trends, and hot topics and takes rapid action to capitalize on them on social media
  • Develop innovative ideas & promotions on all platforms.
