Description

We are looking for a new Head of Traffic Acquisition for our fast-growing lead-gen activity (x2 year-over-year), covering all of our Geos (Western Europe & North America). This position is based in our head office (Paris).

 

Main responsibilities

 

1/ Performance management: you’ll be in charge of Dolead Revenue delivery

  • Drive Dolead Growth by unlocking business opportunities on high-potential clients through Traffic acquisition leverages a/o actions to be taken by other teams (Sales and Marketing-Operations)
  • Monitor Dolead Revenue using analytical tools to manage portfolio performances (100+ clients) and driving Traffic team on priority clients for offensive (business opportunities) or defensive (performance issues) actions 
  • Contribute to Top Clients Strategy definition with the Traffic Consultants in charge

 

2/Team management: you’ll take the direct management of the Traffic Acquisition team (10 experts on Search, Social & Natives Channels, in 3 locations - Paris, Boston, Montpellier)

  • Give focus to the team to allocate the good resources on the right topics
  • Structure and animate the day-to-day job of the team in an Operational Excellence improvement perspective (new clients activation follow-up, volume/profitability/quality improvement methodologies, internal tools and processes)
  • Grow the team (new hires & team competencies) according to Dolead development

 

3/Dolead cross-teams coordination: you’ll have to ensure a permanent coordination with other Dolead teams (Sales, Marketing-Operations, Product, R&D)

  • Align with Sales & Marketing-Operations teams on Clients to prospect, according to the operational delivery capabilities at the moment
  • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing-Ops teams (Europe & US) to launch new clients within time and quality parameters, synchro on Top Clients priorities, and improve transversal processes
  • Input Product and R&D teams to contribute to Dolead technologies evolutions

Profile

 

  • 7y+ experience in Paid Acquisition (Search/Facebook/Natives) for a fast-growing advertiser a/o an Agency, ideally in the lead-gen Industry with key achievements
  • Media-trading enthusiast and performance-driven: you’ll be in charge of Dolead spend in the advertising Channels, around the clock, and of the Revenue generated with!
  • Problem-solving & Data-driven mindset, with strong analytical skills
  • Looking for an fast-paced & international environment: you have enjoyed working in English in a previous experience
  • Previous successful Management experience of 2y+ in a fast-growing environment: you have already been able to recruit, onboard, train and drive a team of 5+ people
  • You have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with strong communication and presentation skills: you proved your ability to drive cross-functional projects
