Customer Success Specialist— fluent in English and German

As the customers’ guide throughout our clients’ onboarding journey, you will provide extraordinary service to help organisations create exceptional workplace cultures.

Responsibilities

As a customer success specialist, you will onboard and train new customers, help them set up their portal, enhance usability, and optimise their resources within our world-class Gallup Access platform. Your interactive and personalised web and phone training will create the foundation for success and engagement for our new and renewed contracts.

 

You will also partner with our team of implementation analysts to set up surveys on our platform so managers are able to access results and the appropriate learning tools once a survey has closed. A key part of that process involves the cleaning and organising of large data files from clients’ HR systems — a vital step for delivering accurate results after a survey.

 

Using documentation systems to track progress and milestones, you ensure successful client interactions. By staying current on Gallup’s most relevant product features and sharing feedback on the customer experience, you will have a direct impact on the long-term relationships and highly successful business outcomes Gallup’s clients have come to expect from us.

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Full fluency in both English and German
  • Expertise and proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a natural capacity for learning new technology
