Translation Coordinator (12 month FTC)

Description
Be the main marketing contact for all translations in the company, coordinating and, where possible, executing a variety of translation content. This role will work closely with all team members of the Marketing Department.
Responsibilities
- Works with the Marketing and Sales team to develop local-specific glossaries and system to QA content translation (voice and tone that are consistent with our brand)
- Be the main point of contact with translation agency and external vendors
- Works to create and document all common NetJets/industry terminology and keep this up to date for future reference
- Ensures translations are shared with the Sales team for review in good time and in a clear manner
- Continually work with internal and external teams to fine-tune the workflow and to deliver assets for a European marketing campaigns
- Raise Purchase Orders and keeps account of budgetary spend as required
- Translated content to include: website, printed and digital collateral, emails and media assets, onboard elements and other ad hoc elements
