That's why we're looking for a People Administrator, to join our People team and help build on the great work we're already doing.

This People Administrator will be responsible for delivering a range of activities that directly benefit our people and clients, by supporting one of business units with day to day Human Resource challenges as well as helping the team with front-of-house tasks to help provide and improve the office experience we provide to our clients.

Working closely with our CPO, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone to gain hands-on Human Resource experience, and gain accreditations (such as CIPD) while using your highly transferable hospitality skills.

This role will be remote, where we'd need you in our Liverpool Street office ideally 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • New starter processes (onboarding, contracts, and induction)
  • Probation/Promotion/Leaver management (documentation and training)
  • People Comms (newsletters, social media, intranet, etc.)
  • Benefits (managing enrolments and changes and looking at new options)
  • Event Management (supporting the CPO to deliver all events, such as Christmas party and annual kick-off, as well as all CSR events)
  • People reporting (reporting on tenure, anniversaries, and birthdays).
  • Handle office and facility management tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office
  • Provide outstanding service to clients that are visiting our offices.

This role will suit someone that:
