Multilingual Customer Support Advisor (German Speaker)

£19,094 - £19,760 per annum

Responsibilities

  • Responding to Primark customers via emails and Social Media Platforms including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
  • Providing excellent customer service to all, supporting will questions and queries.
  • Maximising opportunities to showcase Primark products.
  • Multitasking and navigating multiple systems.

  • Exceptionally customer focused and committed to resolving queries.
  • Have excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills.
  • You’re interested in driving customer satisfaction and promoting the client’s brand and products.
  • You have a keen attention to detail.
  • You’re organised and use your own initiative.
  • You can work independently and reach out for support when necessary.

Experience

  • 6 months in Customer Sales or Customer Service
  • High level of fluency in written and spoken English and German.
  • Computer literate and ability to navigate around a computer system
  • Experience working towards targets or KPIS.
