Description

We are now looking for a Coordinator, Customer Order Management with Dutch to join our Customer Service Team.

Selected person will be managing Order-to-Cash process through order fulfillment and billing; contacting customers via different communication channels; ensuring the deliveries and customer requirements are properly dealt with; handling complaints and resolving issues; cooperating with internal and external stakeholders; ensuring that the process is followed according to internal SLAs and KPIs.

Kemira’s Business Service Center in Gdańsk, Poland is a multifunction service center with customer service, procurement, finance and administration and IT operations. It is a dynamic and multicultural center that values openness, cooperation and partnership. Position to be located in Gdansk.

What You’ll Bring To The Team
