Description

Thanks to our growing customer base, we are extending our sales team in Prague, the Czech Republic. We are looking for a Sales Administration Support, who will help the sales team with the administrative work on projects and who will cooperate within all other internal departments such as Finance, HR and Delivery teams. 

We are seeking a new team player who has found him/herself in administrative work and is identified with the admin agenda well. But don’t worry – you won’t just be overwhelmed with “paperwork”. We are a great team of talkative and sports-minded people who love to chat in our kitchen over coffee or tea. :-) 

Responsibilities

  • You will track purchase orders of all projects, monitor the budget, and prepare inputs for invoicing, 
  • You will oversee updating our consultants’ profiles, 
  • You will cover the contract management of our consultants in cooperation with our HR department; monitoring of contracts and its deadlines and extensions,  
  • You will be in charge of reviewing consultants’ timesheets against purchase orders & projects set up and the data correctness check,  
  • You will take care of the license renewal agenda; updating of contracts based on inputs from Account Managers, its tracking in CRM and communicating with vendors when applicable,  
  • You will be responsible for the initiation of RFPs documents in cooperation with our technical and sales colleagues,  
  • You will work with some internally used platforms such as Hubspot or Avaza.

  • Focus on detail and deadlines, 
  • A flexibility during the month; deadlines are especially at the beginning and end of months,
  • Structuredness and good organization of work, 
  • Be able to prioritize,  
  • Be able to have a full ownership of the agenda mentioned above, 
  • A part time allowance (6 hours per day), 
  • Fluent English and Czech on a professional level,  
  • Hands-on approach, proactivity,
