We are looking for an experienced MEDIA RECRUITER with a natural gift for recruiting for positions like Video Editors, Scriptwriters, Voice artists, and any position in Media Production. You will be working with the HR Manager to define the requirements for vacancies in the company and actively seek out qualified candidates through networking systems and social media marketing.

To ensure your success as a Media Recruiter you should have excellent interpersonal skills, a talent for sourcing and negotiating, and the ability to make quick decisions.

Responsibilities

· Actively coordinating with the HR Manager to define the requirements for vacant positions.

· Researching updated sourcing techniques.

· Searching resume databases and portfolio sites.

· Using Boolean and other search options to find qualified candidates.

· Sending job offers to potential candidates.

· Posting advertisements on job sites and on social media.

· Contacting industry professionals to ask for referrals.

· Negotiating terms of hire with potential candidates.

 

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a similar field.

· Previous experience as a Media Recruiter.

· Previous experience sourcing and recruiting Media Production positions

· Experience with social media and online advertising.

· Advanced negotiation skills.

· Charismatic and professional.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to make quick decisions.
