This role will set up, evolve, and scale the Localization function across all our games and central tech. You will be a key team member in setting the vision and defining the operational strategy, establishing world-class partner management programs, and ensuring that our internal pipelines and tooling are set up in a way to streamline our ability to produce our games roadmap.

• Set up our localization capabilities from the ground up from the tools and processes to the resource needs to support the company’s roadmaps
• Develop and execute localization project plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Oversee selection and management of localization vendors and translation teams
• Ensure quality control of translated content, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Develop and implement localization processes, tools and metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Act as a subject matter expert in localization providing guidance and support to stakeholders
• Stay up to date with industry trends and technology advancements in localization, making recommendations for improvements when necessary
• Assist with other projects and programs in Central Services as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in localization program management
• Strong project management skills, with track record of delivering localization projects on time and within budget
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in a variety of localization tools and technologies
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
• Fluency in English
