As an English translator, you will be in charge of translating text from Japanese to English, as well as editing and rewriting translated text.

1) Translating, Editing, Writing, & Linguistic Testing (LQA)
・Translate from Japanese to produce top-quality English localizations
・Edit and rewrite translated materials, including game text and promotional items
・Test games to ensure quality of English-language implementation
・Work with localization directors and project managers to create delivery schedules and workflows
2) Give Creative Feedback
・Advise on culturally sensitive issues
・Contribute to various facets of each game's production
3) Additional Duties
・Work with English, European, and Asian team members
・Attend voice recording sessions
・Be willing to take on leadership roles 

Qualifications:
・Be a native speaker of English
・Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese　(JLPT N1 is preferred, but not required)
・Have experience with translating, writing, and/or editing; strong English grammar skills are a must
・Have experience working in various facets of localization and production, such as the localization of in-game assets
・Have a broad knowledge of the game industry and gaming culture in general
・Be competent in self-management and adhering to deadlines 

Labor System / Working Hours
　Fixed Overtime Pay System（Standard working hours: 9:00-17:30）
　*Fixed overtime allowance (30 hours/month)
　*Overtime allowance will be paid separately if overtime work exceeds 30 hours.
　*Discretionary labor system may apply based on grade system.
