We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Sales Representative to join our team at Janneta K. Bohlander's psychotherapy practice. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for mental health and a talent for connecting with clients and organizations to grow our reach and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote the services and specialties of the practice, including therapy for ADHD, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and more.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential referral sources such as medical providers, schools, community organizations, and corporate wellness programs.
• Identify new opportunities for growth and market our innovative therapeutic offerings, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, DBT, and mindfulness skills.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement outreach strategies, events, and campaigns to attract new clients.
• Educate potential clients and partners about the benefits of therapy and the services provided by the practice.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by driving client acquisition and increasing referrals.
• Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts, leads, and sales performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or outreach, preferably in the healthcare, mental health, or wellness industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and establish meaningful connections.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Knowledge or interest in mental health, therapy services, and wellness.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CRM software or lead management tools.
• Familiarity with local mental health or healthcare networks.
• Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality requirements in healthcare settings.
