Telesales Team Leader

PeopleCert is a global leader in certification industry. We certify professionals on highly valued methodologies and essential business skills. We are looking for a Telesales Team Leader who will be responsible for the management and support of the telesales team.

Specific Requirements

  • Supervise the telesales team and assist junior staff
  • Facilitate direct sales by instructing team members and training junior Telesales staff
  • Write sales scripts and customer answer sheets
  • Implement sales strategies
  • Coach team members on the best ways to carry out their duties, by transferring expert knowledge to them to boost their skills
  • Monitor the performance of the sales team and ensure that customers are treated cordially and are held in high esteem
  • Set weekly and monthly sales targets and report team’s performance to management
  • Handle escalated customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Compile and present sales reports, while ensuring proper documentation in the information system in due time
  • Ensure the team’s work and presence is aligned with company’s values “Quality- Passion- Integrity- Innovation” at all times

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Telesales sector
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Excellent command of the English language (native or C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOLcertificate would be a plus)
  • Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification would be considered a plus
  • Strong managerial and sales skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to write and present reports
  • Well organized, self-driven, flexible and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
  • Availability to work in shifts during business days
