Following our international growth into becoming one of Salesforce’s largest independent partners, 4C is expanding its activities in Belgium & The Netherlands.


To achieve our goals, we are looking for 2 driven Senior Sales Executives (1 in Belgium 1 in The Netherlands) who will help us grow our business.


As a Senior Sales Executive you will focus on bringing in over $5 MM of new business annually by developing a new targetted client base of corporate accounts.



  • As a Senior Sales Executive, you actively contribute to the growth of our company by generating new leads, developing new markets and turning opportunities into new business for our delivery teams
  • You evangelize 4C and our offering and showcase our value proposition to increase coverage and penetration of new opportunities
  • You interact on c-level across multiple business and you build relationships with identified accounts and prospects
  • You work with prospects to shape and close opportunities
  • You are responsible for management of the overall sales effort and guide our prospects and clients through the complete buying journey where you are leading in understanding their complex business challenges and imperatives, solution design, price setting, negotiations, and closure of the deal
  • You show entrepreneurial behavior with customers and prospects to guarantee confidence 4C is the right partner for their digital customer transformation projects
  • You will work in a customer focused organization together with a multidisciplinary team and coach team members in commercial skills.

Specific Requirements


  • You have around 10 years of proven experience in an enterprise and/or consulting sales role in the domain of business application services.
  • Ideally you have worked in a large enterprise and global delivery environment, with the private sector as your target
  • You have proven experience with front office technology implementation services (including agile delivery methodology), either from a delivery, client engagement or business development perspective
  • You have experience with complex and high-value solution selling engagements in a highly competitive market
  • You have an in-depth understanding of the client's business, goals, strategies and industry trends and directions in the context of customer company transformation and related technology landscape (Salesforce, Oracle, SAP…)
  • You show genuine empathy and understanding for c-level challenges and you are capable to build longterm relationships on this level
  • You have a track record in building sustainable relationships in a vendor channel context
  • You are able to handle multiple opportunities in a tight time frame and you commit to deadlines
  • You are result driven, committed to success, persuasive, energetic and you have a positive can-do attitude
  • You have outstanding communication skills and you have a strong sense of quality and customer focus
  • You are Fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is considered a strong asset.
