Role Summary

We are looking for Junior clerk shipping / purchasing / office management

for our location in Zweimen (QRC East), which specializes in comprehensive valve-related services.

Specific Requirements

Responsibilities & Requirements: You'll be involved in the following tasks:

  • Processing of shipping orders for domestic and international deliveries
  • Creation of the corresponding shipping documentation (invoices, certificates of origin, preference certificate)
  • Organization of land, air and sea transport
  • Creation of order confirmations
  • Implementation of order processes (inquiry, approval process, recording)
  • Recording and maintenance of purchased items and supplier master data in SAP
  • Communication and correspondence with customers and suppliers in German and English
  • Implementation of incoming goods inspections
  • Handling of general office activities (administration of telephone calls, mail and email traffic)
  • Organization of trips, conferences and visitor management
  • Database maintenance

What Do You Need For This Job

  • Successfully completed training, preferably industrial clerk
  • Good SAP knowledge is desirable
  • Knowledge of common MS Office applications
  • Ability to communicate and work in a team
  • Good written and spoken English knowledge
